Returns to av-onics.co.uk

Goods purchased online from av-onics.co.uk maybe returned under the following circumstances.

Please note: all returned items for whatever reason must be authorised by av-onics.co.uk in the first instance.  This is to ensure that your returned item is tracked and received correctly by us and a handling charge is not incurred.

• Goods that are received, non-faulty, may be returned within 7 working days of your receipt of those goods.

​

• The cost of the return delivery for NON FAULTY goods is to be paid by the customer.

​

• Goods must be returned in an ‘as new’ and re-saleable unopened condition, complete with packaging and accessories (i.e. remote controls, batteries, power leads, wrapping etc). Unfortunately, goods which do not comply with this condition may be subject to a handling charge.  Where goods are returned in accordance with this provision, we will happily reimburse any money already paid by you, excluding any delivery costs incurred by us. We will usually refund the amount you paid for the item, less any delivery costs, in accordance with UK Distance Selling Act. More information on the UK Distance Selling act can be found here.

• Should the unit arrive faulty or damaged in transit; we will happily exchange this for a replacement unit or issue you with a full refund/credit as soon as possible. Should the unit develop a fault during the warranty period, we will arrange a repair.  The warranty period can vary between items but is clearly shown on your invoice.  This does not include cases where products have been misused, ie commercial use, normal wear and tear, water damage from say a spilt drink, loss of data stored on any form of data storage device.  In addition, all repairs must be carried out by ourselves or our nominated agent and it is important to check prior to returning goods, in case in home service or telephone service is offered first.

Your statutory rights are not affected by this and any guarantee is in addition to those.
